Carbon Fiber Hood for the WRX/STi

There is a clear coat finish providing a great “wet” looking shine and durable finish you do not get from other brands that use a gel-coat finish. The carbon sheets are designed into a mold made from an OEM component, so they cannot break and split like the approaches where carbon is only wrapped about the skeleton. The molding process also leads to a carbon fiber body panel containing an excellent fit.

These Carbon fiber hoods usually are not 100% carbon fiber. Because carbon fiber material is just a bit of cloth you can’t make any shape out of it without some kind of service. They contain fiberglass backing to create the skeleton.
